Celebrate Mother’s Day with a relaxed and memorable ranch experience at Tecate Horse Rescue on Sunday, May 9, 2027, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Treat the special women in your life to a peaceful morning in the mountains, surrounded by rescued horses and the beauty of nature. The day begins with a hearty ranch-style brunch featuring eggs, French toast, bacon, grits, pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and juice.

After brunch, guests will enjoy an intimate horse experience with our rescued herd. Meet the horses, hear their remarkable stories of rescue and healing, and, for those who wish, enjoy an optional guided horseback ride. No riding experience is necessary, and non-riders are welcome to simply spend time grooming, photographing, and connecting with the horses.

Following approximately two hours with the herd, we return to the ranch gathering area for desserts, fresh pastries, and mimosas, along with time to relax, take photos, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

This is a small, intimate event limited to approximately 12 guests, ensuring a comfortable and personal experience for everyone.

100% of proceeds directly support Tecate Horse Rescue and The Herd That Heals, helping us provide feed, veterinary care, and lifelong sanctuary for rescued horses while supporting equine-assisted programs for individuals facing trauma, PTSD, autism, addiction recovery, and other life challenges.
